Shipping policy
1. Where we deliver
We deliver to Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Finland, Sweden and Denmark, and to many other European countries. The delivery options and the final delivery price for your address are shown at checkout before you pay.
2. Delivery options, prices and times
Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia
- Omniva parcel locker – €1.99
- DPD courier to your door – €3.99
Orders are usually delivered within 1–3 business days of order confirmation.
Finland, Sweden and Denmark
- Standard delivery – €3.99, usually 3–4 business days
- Express delivery – €7.99, usually 1–2 business days
Other European countries
- Standard delivery – €4.99
Where you pay in another currency (for example in Sweden or Denmark), the delivery price is shown in that currency at checkout.
3. Free delivery from €59
Delivery is free for orders of €59 or more (or the equivalent amount in your currency). The discount is applied automatically at checkout and cannot be combined with discount codes.
4. Order processing
Orders placed on business days before 14:00 (Latvian time) are processed the same day. Orders placed after 14:00, at weekends or on public holidays are processed on the next business day.
5. Damaged parcels
If the parcel is visibly damaged on delivery, tell the courier or the parcel locker service straight away and ask for the damage to be recorded. If possible, take photos and refuse the parcel, then contact us.
6. Lost or delayed deliveries
If your order is delayed or you have not received it within 5 business days, please contact our customer service.
7. Correct address
Please make sure that your delivery details are correct and complete. We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
